A Day At The Park With Cousins

Tuesday was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day outside so we decided to meet up with our cousins Branden, Ashlyn, and Garen (and Aunt Amy of course) to play at the park and have lunch. We spent about 2 1/2 hours there and I'm sure the kiddos would have played until they passed out!

Thanks for a fun morning guys! Can't wait to do it again!

Cheeseburger.....Yummy yummy!

I let Gavin have a cheeseburger in the car on the way home today. I very rarely let the boys eat in the car but we were all exhausted from playing so hard at tumbling that I just didn't have the patience to do a sit down resturant today.

Gavin did amazing with his little cheeseburger.....at the entire thing. Surprise surprise.....little piggy!!!!! He thought he was big time for sure!

Devin also enjoyed a cheeseburger himself (can't you tell by the mustard and ketchup all over his face, shirt, and pants?) and his cherry limeade.

TUMBLING!!!!!

This was our second time to visit the tumbling class for toddlers in Bartlesville. I must say that I think the boys enjoyed it even more the second time! Gavin is luckily begining to grasp the concept that he can no just step right on the edge of everything but still wanted to climb, climb, climb! Devin who seemed to gravitate more toward the foam pit last time was everywhere this time. He ran up and down the spring board, balanced on the beams, hung on the rope swing, played in the foam pit, jumped on the trampoline, climbed the walls, and ran, ran, ran.

Both of the boys were almost OUT on the car ride home and I must say it was a great time! I think we'll be going back every chance we get and hopefully we'll get to bring Daddy along next time. Mommy is breaking a sweat every time we go chasing both of these energy charged boys around!

Am I ever going to be able to say no to that smile?! I can't believe what a big boy he is getting to be. It doesn't seem possible that he is already creeping up on 14 months!

Yesterday our friends Jeannie, Michael, Mindy, and Drew all came over to enjoy the beautiful weather we've been blessed with the last few days. The boys played on the swings, slide, trampoline(which is getting ready to have the enclosure put on), played with bubbles, the playhouse, the sand and water table, and rode in the Jeep. Jeannie had the most wonderful idea of packing some lunches and eating on a blanket outside and having a little picnic. The boys seemed to enjoy it a lot and always enjoy having their friends here to play.
